Echo Fox vs 100 Thieves
Both Echo Fox and 100 Thieves had a rough time bouncing back from Rift Rivals. Echo Fox focused so much on creative drafts and tricky role swaps that they forgot how to actually play the game. Their mid lane is unstable, and neither Damonte nor Fenix is consistent enough to carry. The same thing could be said about the bot lane, as Echo Fox don’t seem to have a clear idea which players they want to put down there. With that, they only have Huni and Dardoch to rely on. And while this duo is strong, it’s hard to deny that Huni hasn’t been playing at his best lately.
But 100 Thieves aren’t rated highly in our LoL Esports Betting Tips. The decision to part ways with Meteos backfired, and it’s clear that the entire team is suffering from synergy issues. Then there’s the problem of individual talent. Ryu looks thoroughly unimpressive in the mid lane, and the only way 100T can cover for him is by moving him into the bot lane with Aphromoo. Still, Ryu is a League of Legends juggernaut compared to AnDa. The new jungler looked fine when he was playing Rakan in a funnel comp, but he caved under the pressure from Golden Guardians’ invades. And history is about to repeat itself since Dardoch is one of the most aggressive junglers in the league.
BETTING ADVICE: You can bet on Echo Fox winning the match for odds of 1.87 at ArcaneBet.
Team Liquid vs Counter Logic Gaming
Team Liquid are… surprisingly vulnerable. We’ve already mentioned in our previous LoL Esports Betting Tips how this lineup breaks down the moment it has to play around its solo laners—and the sentiment holds true to this day. Impact is downright underwhelming on carries, and Pobelter is far too risk-averse to take over games. With that, it’s no wonder that TL usually rally around the bot lane. Unfortunately for them, Olleh is as volatile as it gets, and Doublelift is still struggling to perform on anything other than traditional marksmen.
Meanwhile, CLG are on the rise. The duo of Stixxay and Biofrost finally came together, and its laning presence is strong enough to match Team Liquid’s bot lane. Moreover, Biofrost is much more proactive with his roams, so TL’s solo laners will have to play even safer than usual, making them wide open to the pressure from Darshan and Huhi. Granted, Team Liquid are formidable when it comes to playing standard, but we’re still going to have to turn our LoL Esports Betting Tips towards an upset.
BETTING ADVICE: You can bet on Counter Logic Gaming overpowering Team Liquid for odds of 2.25 at EGB.
Clutch Gaming vs Team SoloMid
By all means, TSM should be better than they are. This is a lineup of immense potential, as four of its players have been dominating their regions for nearly two years. And yet, they just can’t seem to work together. Every skirmish, every teamfight, and every rotation feels disjointed. It also doesn’t help that Mithy and Bjergsen are struggling with uncharacteristic slumps to the point where they are straight up feeding in some of their games.
To make matters worse, Clutch Gaming are TSM’s kryptonite. This team might have less firepower on paper, but it’s much better at using it. Additionally, Apollo and Hakuho always seem to have an edge over TSM’s bot lane, so Clutch have a reliable way to break open the game. And once they get an opportunity to scale, few lineups can match them in late-game 5v5s. Granted, TSM could suddenly get things together, but unless that happens, our LoL Esports Betting Tips are leaning towards a Clutch Gaming victory.
BETTING ADVICE: You bet on Clutch Gaming taking down TSM for odds of 2.38 at Pinnacle.
