100 Thieves vs Cloud9
We kick things off with a 100 Thieves vs Cloud9 matchup! If you’re keeping up with the NA LCS betting odds and markets, you probably know that 100T made a solid claim to being a top-4 team in North America. Granted, they don’t have any top-tier players other than Ssumday and Aphromoo, but they make up for the lack of firepower with smart drafts and well-timed rotations. And when the push comes to shove, few teams can match them in late-game teamfights.
Unfortunately, Cloud9 are the worst opponents 100 Thieves could get. Not only does Licorice have the brains and the brawn to stand up to Ssumday’s aggression, but players like Jensen and Blaber are head and shoulders above their counterparts. Combine that with the fact that Cloud9 are excellent at skirmishing and breaking open the game, and we don’t expect 100T to survive long enough to use their late-game power spike.
BETTING ADVICE: You can bet on Cloud9 defeating 100 Thieves for NA LCS betting odds of 1.85 at EsportsBetting.
Counter Logic Gaming vs Clutch Gaming
There’s no denying that both Counter Logic Gaming and Clutch Gaming are in a pinch. For CLG, they’re still a force to be reckoned with in the early game. However, there’s a reason why they’re on an 8-game losing streak, and they simply don’t have the game knowledge or the shot calling to translate their early leads into actual victories. To top it all off, they’ve just parted ways with their coach, but the move didn’t accomplish much other than making their already volatile drafts even more questionable.
Clutch Gaming stuggle with different issues. Their early game is very hit-or-miss due to different players dropping the ball in the early game. LirA is the biggest culprit here and his shaky mechanics and mistimed smites are the main reasons why Clutch Gaming had such a hard time in the regular season. That said, they have a decent grasp of macro and teamfighting. And while CLG can make them bleed in the laning phase, Clutch Gaming will have their revenge later on.
BETTING ADVICE: You can place a wager on Clutch Gaming stealing the W for NA LCS betting odds of 1.72 at Betspawn.
Team SoloMid vs Team Liquid
There’s no denying TSM had one of their rockiest split to date. And yet, things are finally looking up for them. For starters, Bjergsen is taking more risks, and his aggressive playmaking is a great tool to have in TSM’a arsenal. Moreover, Zven is putting on an absolute show on AD carries, and it’s largely because of him that TSM became one of the strongest teamfighting squads in the league. Most importantly, they learned to commit to calls as a single unit. And considering playoffs are right around the corner, they’re in a perfect spot to make a miracle run.
Meanwhile, Team Liquid are on a bit of a downswing. Their latest wins were unconvincing, and the loss to C9 exposed that this team has no clue how to play a losing mid lane. Moreover, they still fall into the same predictable pattern of funneling all resources into Doublelift, but that won’t be enough to put a dent into TSM’s bot lane. And if TSM answer by targeting Pobelter, Team Liquid will quickly run out of plays in their playbook.
BETTING ADVICE: If you haven’t guessed yet, we’re going with an upset. With that in mind, you can bet on TSM scoring a victory for NA LCS betting odds of 2.20 at Betway.
